    Mount Stuart Trust - Community Engagement

    Mount Stuart Trust is a vital custodian of cultural and heritage preservation on the Isle of Bute. Recognising the crucial role of community engagement in sustaining their impact, the Mount Stuart Trustees sought a comprehensive Community Engagement Plan to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders and ensure their initiatives reflected the community's needs and aspirations.

    Crown Estate Scotland - Community Engagement

    As part of Crown Estate Scotland’s management of the Whitehill Estate in Midlothian, it commissioned a meaningful communication and engagement exercise to gather local insight, priorities, and aspirations. The findings will shape a Development Framework that reflects the community's and key stakeholders' views, helping to inform Crown Estate Scotland’s submission to the Midlothian Local Development Plan.

    DescrPenicuik Estate is a historic working estate with a long-standing commitment to conservation, education and public access. Recognising the evolving relationship between landowners and communities, the estate worked with Lucy Laidlaw Communication to deliver a structured and forward-looking Community Engagement Plan to build meaningful, lasting relationships with those who live, work and visit the area.
